District Events

The district offers a number of leadership development and social opportunities. Stay up to date on our events by checking out our Facebook Page!

  • Fall Rally: The District will sponsor a leadership training conference that is open to any member, or potential member, to teach them essential leadership and professional skills. It will also serve as a divisional rally for clubs in that division, hosted by the Lieutenant Governor. In the event that there is not a Lieutenant Governor for that division, the District Board will do their best to host a service and social project for the members.
  • InterPACKThe district involves itself in a district-wide large-scale service project, in which each club is encouraged to participate. InterPACK is a casual weekend long service project that is usually held at a camp.  The weekend is focused on service and making new friends with members from all over our District, as well as with some members of other Districts.
  • Spring Fling: Spring Fling is an event held annually for outgoing officers to reflect on the past year and finish the year strong, train newly-elected club officers for their upcoming year, and provide all members with fellowship and service opportunities.
  • District Convention: District Convention is a chance for your club to voice your opinion on the changes you would like to see in the District, as well as at the International level. Your club can apply and receive awards for all the hard work your members have put in. Your club is allowed two voting delegates to elect new district leadership, share input, vote on district bylaw amendments, and determine the district’s future.

International Events

Members at the International level work hard to organize large events, such at International Convention, and small scale events, such as online video calls where members can discuss Circle K related topics with members from all over the world!

International Convention (ICON): International Convention is chance for you to meet members from all over the world that are passionate about this amazing organization. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a large-scale service project in the convention host city, listen to notable keynote speakers, elect the incoming International Board, as well as make life-long friends. This year, ICON will be held in Austin, TX! Stay up to date on ICON announcements by checking out this link on the Circle K International website.
