District Events

The district offers a number of leadership development and social opportunities. Stay up to date on our events by checking out our Facebook Page!

  • Fall Training Conference: The district will sponsor a leadership training conference that is open to any member, or potential member, to teach them essential leadership and professional skills.  This conference will also train any club officer that was unable to attending Spring Officer Training (SPOT).
  • InterPACK: The district involves itself in a district-wide service project, in which each club is encouraged to participate. InterPACK is a casual weekend long service project that is usually head at a camp.  The weekend is focused on service and making new friends with members from all over our District, as well as with some members of other Districts.
  • Fall Rallies and Spring Serves: Each Lieutenant Governor will host a divisional rally for the clubs in their division.  In the event that there is not a Lieutenant Governor for that division, the District Board will do their best to host a service and social project for the member.
  • Spring Officer Training: In order to be the best possible officer to your club, please attend Spring Officer Training in order to be properly trained by members of the District Board.  Please be sure that your club elects new officers at least two weeks prior to District Convention, so that the new officers can attend Spring Training.
  • District Convention: District Convention is a chance for your club to voice your opinion on the changes you would like to see in the District, as well as at the International level. Your club can apply and receive awards for all the hard work your members have put in. Your club is allowed two voting delegates to elect new district leadership, share input, vote on district bylaw amendments, and determine the district’s future.

International Events

Members at the International level work hard to organize large events, such at International Convention, and small scale events, such as online video calls where members can discuss Circle K related topics with members from all over the world!

  • Leadership Academy:  Leadership Academy is an intense six day experience to learn more about yourself and the leader that is in you! Students learn that true leadership is based on servant leadership, which requires leaders to put the needs of others first, and to realize that no matter whether or not you have a title, there is always a need for service to one another and to the world. This program takes members of CKI through an adventure, starting with the CKI amazing race and ending with a plan in place to serve. More details can be found on the Circle K International website.
  • International Convention (ICON): International Convention is chance for your to meet members from all over the world that are passionate about this amazing organization. Attendees will have the opportunity to do a few days of service in the convention host city before we get down to the business of Circle K. Members will listen to amazing keynote speakers, elect next years International Board, as well as make life long friends.
