Convention Registration
Online registration will open on Friday, January 26, 2024. You may choose to pay by credit card or by check. All registered attendees will be required to print and bring a completed Medical Form and Code of Conduct. Refunds will not be given after March 10, 2024.

  • Full District Convention Registration is $75.00 per person.
    • Includes convention materials, t-shirt, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast.
    • Registrations made after March 3, 2024 will be an additional $5.00 per person and are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
  • Saturday Only Registration is $60.00 per person.
    • Includes convention materials, t-shirt, Saturday Lunch, and Saturday Dinner.
    • Registrations made after March 3, 2024 will be an additional $5.00 per person and are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
  • Sunday Only Registration is $20.00 per person.
    • Includes convention materials and Sunday Breakfast.
    • Registrations made after March 3, 2024 will be an additional $5.00 per person. T-shirts are not included in this option

Hotel Reservations
Hotel accomodations will be provided by the Hampton Inn – Greensburg. You must make your reservations by Wednesday, February 21, 2024 or you will not be guaranteed the convention room rate or guaranteed a room. Rates are $116.00/per night plus tax and fees. There is a maximum of four people in one room.
